When you book a service with us you are agreeing to our policies. Make sure you are aware of all our booking policies before booking a service with us!
Late Policy
If you are late to your appointment, your appointment will be shorted or cancelled.
If we believe there is not enough time to complete your service before our next client it will be cancelled.
Please remember we are booked back to back and can only do so much if you are not on time.
Guest Policy
Cured Earth has limited space as we are a home salon. Please refrain from bringing any guests with you to your appointment. Babies under 6 months are excluded from this policy.

Customer Behaviour
We ask for all clients to treat our staff here at Cured Earth with respect. Those failing to do so will be refused service and asked to leave. Please be mindful when it comes to high expectations and trust we are doing our best with the cards we have been dealt.

No Shows & Cancellation Policy
We take a $50 non refundable deposit to book any service with us. This $50 deposit is non refundable. If you reschedule 25 hours or more before your appointment we will be able to move your deposit over to your rescheduled appointment. If you cancel your appointment your deposit will not be refunded.​
If you don't show up to your appointment you will be charged 30% of the service that has been booked.
